Il fournit \u00e9galement des stations de recherche en hydrog\u00e8ne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le salon Hyvolution, qui s\u2019est tenu Porte de Versailles \u00e0 Paris, les 1<sup>er<\/sup> et 2 f\u00e9vrier, a mis en sc\u00e8ne le d\u00e9veloppement de la fili\u00e8re hydrog\u00e8ne. Largement plus de la moiti\u00e9 des exposants \u00e9taient focalis\u00e9s sur la mobilit\u00e9 hydrog\u00e8ne. Pratiquement, cela se traduit par trois types d\u2019exposants&nbsp;: ceux qui d\u00e9veloppent des moteurs et des piles \u00e0 combustible \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne, ceux qui embarquent ces moteurs et piles \u00e0 combustible dans des v\u00e9hicules divers et enfin, ceux qui&nbsp; con\u00e7oivent et d\u00e9ploient des stations de recharge pour v\u00e9hicules fonctionnant \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Moteur ou pile \u00e0 combustible&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mobilit\u00e9 hydrog\u00e8ne fait appel soit \u00e0 un moteur \u00e0 combustion interne \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne, soit \u00e0 une pile \u00e0 combustible. Bien que le d\u00e9veloppement de moteurs \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 partir de moteurs diesel semble relativement simple, ce n\u2019est pas la tendance principale. Un moteur \u00e0 combustion interne \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne produit de l\u2019eau et, s\u2019il est mal r\u00e9gl\u00e9, des Nox. Les piles \u00e0 combustibles sont constitu\u00e9es d\u2019un empilement (pile en anglais) de plaques. Symbio ambitionne de fabriquer 200&nbsp;000 piles \u00e0 combustible par an d\u2019ici 2024 et construit pour cela une gigafactory, baptis\u00e9e SymphonHy, \u00e0 Saint-Fons dans le Rh\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quels v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au salon Hyvolution \u00e0 Paris, les seuls v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne expos\u00e9s \u00e9taient des fourgonnettes et des camions. Nous en sommes en effet au tout d\u00e9but du d\u00e9veloppement des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne. Selon l\u2019association France Hydrog\u00e8ne <a href=\"http:\/\/www.france-hydrogene.org\">www.france-hydrogene.org<\/a> qui rassemble les acteurs de la fili\u00e8re H2, il existait fin 2022, seulement 58 stations de distribution d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne en France, desservant un maigre total de 1155 v\u00e9hicules, dont 33 bus, 240 bicyclettes, 1 benne \u00e0 ordures, 550 voitures, 325 chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs et 3 camions. C\u00f4t\u00e9 fourgons, on trouvait deux approches diff\u00e9rentes \u00e0 Hyvolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premi\u00e8rement, Hyvia fabrique pour l\u2019instant des fourgons \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne commercialis\u00e9s depuis le d\u00e9but 2023. Le prix demeure un myst\u00e8re&nbsp;? Ce Master assure des \u00e9missions nulles, plus de 400 km d\u2019autonomie (cycle WLTC), 5 mn de temps de recharge \u00e0 une station hydrog\u00e8ne, 12 m3 de volume et 1,80 m de hauteur dans la zone de chargement. Le Master Van H2-TECH contient une pile \u00e0 combustible Plug de 30 kW et quatre r\u00e9servoirs sous 700 bar de pression qui stockent 6,4 kg de H2. Il poss\u00e8de un moteur \u00e9lectrique de 57 kW, aliment\u00e9 par une batterie de 33 kWh. Elle-m\u00eame aliment\u00e9e par la pile \u00e0 combustible. La batterie seule assure 100 km d\u2019autonomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 camions, le fran\u00e7ais hyliko a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2021 par le fonds d\u2019investissement Kouros, lui-m\u00eame n\u00e9 en 2016, avec une promesse&nbsp;: hyliko propose un service de d\u00e9carbonation des flottes comprenant le leasing et la maintenance compl\u00e8te des camions hydrog\u00e8ne, la fourniture de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne carburant, la gestion de l\u2019empreinte carbone et l\u2019int\u00e9gration \u00e0 la comptabilit\u00e9 carbone.&nbsp;<strong>Un camion diesel, c\u2019est 1,2 kilo de CO<sub>2<\/sub> \u00e9mis dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re \u00e0 chaque kilom\u00e8tre parcouru, 1 camion hyliko, c\u2019est 1,5 kilo de CO<sub>2<\/sub> retir\u00e9&nbsp;de l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re \u00e0 chaque kilom\u00e8tre parcouru<\/strong>. 1 camion Hyliko remplace 1 camion diesel et compense les \u00e9missions d\u2019un second camion diesel.&nbsp;<strong>Avec seulement 45 % de camions Hyliko, une flotte devient neutre en carbone. Hyliko s\u2019est associ\u00e9 avec une s\u00e9rie de partenaires pour produire ses v\u00e9hicules&nbsp;: les piles \u00e0 combustible sont fournies par GreenGT. <\/strong>Issue de l\u2019\u00e9cole Polytechnique F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne, GreenGT d\u00e9veloppe des syst\u00e8mes de propulsion H2 et \u00e9lectriques. Deux piles \u00e0 combustible d\u2019une puissance totale de 160 kWe \u00e9quipent le tracteur hyliko de 44 t. Il embarque \u00e9galement un r\u00e9servoir de 40 kg de H2 con\u00e7u et fabriqu\u00e9 par Plastic Omnium et des batteries Forsee Power de 60 kWh au total. L\u2019ensemble fournit une puissance moteur de 350 kW, soit un peu plus de 469 CV. Pour faire fonctionner des v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne, il faut des stations de ravitaillement en hydrog\u00e8ne. Pour construire des stations \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne, il faut leur assurer un march\u00e9 et d\u00e9velopper les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne. Les acteurs du monde de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne l\u2019ont bien compris. L\u2019association France Hydrog\u00e8ne envisage un r\u00e9seau de 212 stations \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne en 2026, contre 58 d\u00e9but 2023, et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1000 stations en 2030, dont 170 pour les poids lourds et 747 pour les utilitaires et les v\u00e9hicules l\u00e9gers. Air Liquide et TotalEnergies ont annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019ils allaient cr\u00e9er une-co-entreprise pour d\u00e9velopper un r\u00e9seau d\u2019une centaine de stations h2 pour ravitailler les poids lourds sur les grands axes europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En attendant, au salon Hyvolution, on voyait une multiplication d\u2019offre de stations H2. La plupart des offres d\u00e9bordent le simple ravitaillement en H2 et englobe, l\u2019approvisionnement de la station en H2 et vont parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fourniture des v\u00e9hicules. Wat\u00e9a by Michelin a, par exemple, \u00e9t\u00e9 laur\u00e9at de l\u2019appel \u00e0 projets \u00ab&nbsp;Ecosyst\u00e8mes territoriaux hydrog\u00e8ne&nbsp;\u00bb. Hyvia, e-N\u00e9o et les autres offreurs de v\u00e9hicules H2 proposent \u00e9galement des solutions de ravitaillement. D\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e, Hyvia fabriquera des stations de ravitaillement H2 sur le site de l\u2019usine Renault de Flins. Sur le m\u00eame site, Hyvia assemblera les piles \u00e0 combustibles Plug destin\u00e9es aux utilitaires Master.
