Saint-Denis se caract\u00e9rise par une architecture ambitieuse ax\u00e9e sur une conception durable et \u00e0 faible impact environnemental. Elle abrite une grande halle bassin proposant au public 2 500 places nettes extensible jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5 000 places avec un dispositif d\u2019adaptation simple. Une isolation acoustique est positionn\u00e9e entre les tasseaux. Les bacs acier, \u00e9l\u00e9ments porteurs de la toiture, sont fix\u00e9s sur les tasseaux. Au-dessus des bacs acier est dispos\u00e9 un pare-vapeur adh\u00e9sif pour des raisons pratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019isolation thermique en verre cellulaire FOAMGLAS\u00ae est coll\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud, puis les \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9s, constitu\u00e9es d\u2019une membrane bitumineuse et d\u2019une membrane synth\u00e9tique, sont thermosoud\u00e9es, chacune en pleine adh\u00e9rence. Aux points hauts de la toiture, la pente atteint 38 %. L\u2019ensemble de la conception a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 la contribution d\u2019experts issus de diverses disciplines telles que la structure, l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, les fluides, la thermique, l\u2019a\u00e9raulique, l\u2019acoustique\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ensemble des travaux de conception a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par le Prix Construction et Am\u00e9nagement dans le cadre du Grand Prix de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie remis par la Syntec en 2021. Mais le couple FOAMGLAS\u00ae + plaquettes PC\u00ae SP 150 x 150, c\u2019est bien plus encore&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le FOAMGLAS\u00ae est constitu\u00e9 de petites bulles de verre \u00e9tanches les unes par rapport aux autres. Fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de verre recycl\u00e9 (60 %), elles forment une mousse isolante tr\u00e8s rigide et imperm\u00e9able. Les plaques isolantes sont coll\u00e9es sur leur support et entre elles, formant une couche isolante \u00e9tanche et pare-vapeur dans la masse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La rigidit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression sans tassement du FOAMGLAS\u00ae permettent d\u2019int\u00e9grer des plaquettes crant\u00e9es, elles-m\u00eames supports de fixation. C\u2019est le seul isolant thermique garanti thermiquement 10 ans par son fabricant in situ. Cette garantie thermique est primordiale. Utilis\u00e9es depuis plus de 20 ans en France et brevet\u00e9es par Pittsburgh Corning France, ces plaques de 15 x 15 cm sont dot\u00e9es de 2 ailes crant\u00e9es de 3 cm.
