ampleur, l&rsquo;objectif de pose d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7ade textile \u00e9tait avant toutesth\u00e9tique. Le cabinet d\u2019architecte Archikubik souhaitait en effet rappeler l&rsquo;eau et la Seinesitu\u00e9s \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, avec la toile et son implantation en forme de ronds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Sellerie du Lys, membre historique du r\u00e9seau d\u2019experts Serge Ferrari, a \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9epour mener \u00e0 bien le projet. Si la dur\u00e9e totale du chantier a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 2 ans, les experts du r\u00e9seauSerge Ferrari sont intervenus pendant pr\u00e8s de 7 mois sur le chantier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Il a d&rsquo;abord fallu \u00e9tudier la fa\u00e7ade et trouver le bon mode op\u00e9ratoire pour accrocher la toilepuisque la pose d&rsquo;un \u00e9chafaudage n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas possible; la pose \u00e0 plus de 45 m\u00e8tres du sol aensuite mobilis\u00e9 4 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui le b\u00e2timent abrite une r\u00e9sidence \u00e9tudiante et une r\u00e9sidence senior et s&rsquo;int\u00e8greparfaitement dans le paysage urbanistique du quartier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
