Elle alimente en chaleur l\u2019un des sites de la division Ingr\u00e9dients du groupe Lactalis. Avec ses 15 000 m\u00b2 de superficie, cette r\u00e9alisation r\u00e9duit de 2 000 tonnes par an les \u00e9missions de CO2 de la plus r\u00e9cente tour de s\u00e9chage du site, soit environ 7 % des \u00e9missions totales du site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Newheat investit, construit, exploite et vend la chaleur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur un champ lou\u00e9 \u00e0 flan de colline \u00e0 100 m de l\u2019usine Lactalis Ingredients de Verdun, Newheat a install\u00e9 pratiquement 15&nbsp;000 m\u00b2 de panneaux solaires thermiques pour r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance de l\u2019usine envers le gaz naturel. Dans un second temps, en 2026, Lactalis Ingredients envisage l\u2019installation de chaudi\u00e8res biomasse en remplacement des chaudi\u00e8res gaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les discussions entre Lactalis et Newheat ont commenc\u00e9 en 2016, en m\u00eame temps que Lactalis \u00e9tudiait le projet de reconstruire l\u2019une des deux tours de s\u00e9chage de l\u2019usine, soit un investissement de 45 M\u20ac. La nouvelle tour de s\u00e9chage a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en service en 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Newheat a commenc\u00e9 deux ann\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9tudes techniques et financi\u00e8res du projet en 2018. En 2020, tout est pr\u00eat, mais la pand\u00e9mie est l\u00e0 et retarde les travaux de deux ans. Ils d\u00e9butent en 2022 et s\u2019ach\u00e8vent en mars 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019installation solaire thermique repr\u00e9sente un investissement de 6 M\u20ac. 3 M\u20ac ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9s par le Fonds Chaleur g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l\u2019ADEME. Le GIP Meuse a contribu\u00e9 354&nbsp;000 \u20ac, tandis que la R\u00e9gion Grand Est apportait 170&nbsp;000 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les subventions repr\u00e9sentent 58% de l\u2019investissement. Le lactos\u00e9rum est un sous-produit de la fabrication du fromage, valoris\u00e9 dans la confection de suppl\u00e9ments alimentaires prot\u00e9in\u00e9s, de lait maternis\u00e9, etc. En fin de fabrication du fromage, on obtient un liquide contenant une concentration 6 \u00e0 7% d\u2019extrais secs de lactos\u00e9rum. Par \u00e9tapes, l\u2019usine de Verdun concentre cette solution \u00e0 30%, puis \u00e0 60% d\u2019extraits secs de Lactos\u00e9rum, avant de produire de la poudre de lactos\u00e9rum. Doc. Le s\u00e9chage est obtenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 soufflage d\u2019air \u00e0 160\u00b0C, avec un d\u00e9bit de 300 m3\/heure. La centrale solaire alimente une seule tour de s\u00e9chage sur les deux existantes dans l\u2019usine Lactalis Ingredients de Verdun. Elle va remplacer 12% de la consommation annuelle de gaz naturel de cette tour et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30% durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, soit environ 7 % de la consommation totale de gaz de l\u2019usine. L\u2019usine consomme au total 185,7MWh d\u2019\u00e9nergie, dont d\u00e9sormais 13 MWh issus du champ solaire thermique install\u00e9 par Newheat. Doc. Newheat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15&nbsp;000 m\u00b2 de panneaux solaires thermiques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019installation solaire thermique con\u00e7ue par Newheat comporte trois parties principales&nbsp;: le champ solaire, le stockage de chaleur et toute la tripaille d\u2019alimentation et de r\u00e9gulation. Ils sont install\u00e9s sur un terrain de 5 ha, d\u00e9sign\u00e9 comme industriel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une modification du PLU. Les premiers sondages ont mis \u00e0 jour des vestiges gallo-romains. Ce qui a conduit \u00e0 modifier l\u2019implantation des panneaux pour pr\u00e9server ce site pour de futures fouilles \u00e9ventuelles. Doc. Les panneaux de chaque rang\u00e9e sont raccord\u00e9s en s\u00e9rie. Les rang\u00e9es alimentent un stockage de chaleur de 3000 m3. Leur empreinte carbone n\u2019est que de 10 \u00e0 15 kgCO2eq \/kWh de chaleur produit durant leur dur\u00e9e de vie sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 30 ans. La puissance nominale de chaque panneau est de 1100 W\/m\u00b2, soit une puissance cr\u00eate de 12,4 MWc pour la centrale LACTOSOL. Les pompes d\u00e9marrent \u00e0 partir d\u2019une puissance capt\u00e9e de 200 W\/m\u00b2. Les jours diffus, on peut atteindre 400 \u00e0 500 W\/m\u00b2. Newheat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La stratification de la chaleur dans la cuve de stockage est organis\u00e9e et doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e pour maximiser le rendement de l\u2019installation solaire thermique. De l\u2019azote est inject\u00e9e dans le haut de cuve. Elle est raccord\u00e9e \u00e0 trois jeux de canalisations&nbsp;: en bas pour l\u2019injection en provenance du camps solaire&nbsp;; au milieu pour une injection \u00e0 plus haute temp\u00e9rature, mais lorsque la temp\u00e9rature issue du champ solaire est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du haut de la cuve&nbsp;; en haut pour le puisage vers la tour de s\u00e9chage. Newheat, qui se d\u00e9finit comme un fournisseur de chaleur renouvelable, a con\u00e7u, organis\u00e9 le financement de LACTOSOL, l\u2019a install\u00e9e et l\u2019exploitera durant 25 ans. Son engagement porte sur la fourniture d\u2019un d\u00e9bit annuel et d\u2019une temp\u00e9rature. Lactalis Ingredients, de son c\u00f4t\u00e9, s\u2019engage \u00e0 consommer la chaleur lorsqu\u2019elle est fournie \u00e0 bonne temp\u00e9rature par Newheat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Newheat est confiant pour la suite<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Newheat vient de lever 30 millions d\u2019Euros pour participer au financement de 15 nouvelles installations au cours des 3 prochaines ann\u00e9es. Mais surtout, l\u2019entreprise estime que la chaleur solaire thermique est \u00e0 la veille d\u2019un fort d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Environ 1,3 TWh de chaleur solaire sont produits annuellement en France aujourd\u2019hui. La prochaine PPE devrait pointer vers une production de 6 TWh en 2030, puis de 10 TWh en 2035. Un plan national pour le d\u00e9veloppement du solaire thermique est annonc\u00e9 pour 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Newheat rappelle volontiers que 80% du gaz naturel consomm\u00e9 en France sert \u00e0 la production de chaleur. Le solaire thermique peut relativement facilement se substituer au gaz pour produire de la chaleur \u00e0 moins de 100\u00b0C.
