Le salon accueilli 1065 exposants, 127&nbsp;500 visiteurs professionnels, dont 21% de visiteurs internationaux venant de 130 pays diff\u00e9rents. Le grand th\u00e8me de cette \u00e9dition \u00e9tait la d\u00e9carbonation, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le remplacement des moteurs diesel par de la traction \u00e9lectrique, de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sous forme de moteur \u00e0 combustion ou de pile \u00e0 combustible produisant de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour entra\u00eener un moteur \u00e9lectrique, et des carburants d\u2019origine biologique comme le HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\">Le salon Intermat se tient traditionnellement tous les trois ans, mais, Covid aidant, il n\u2019avait pas eu lieu depuis 2018. En parcourant les all\u00e9es, les motorisations diesel \u00e9taient bien pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, mais presque en s\u2019excusant. L\u2019id\u00e9e principale de l\u2019\u00e9dition 2024 du salon \u00e9tait que les jours du diesel sont compt\u00e9s et qu\u2019il sera bient\u00f4t remplac\u00e9 par l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et\/ou le moteur \u00e9lectrique. Le diesel sera s\u00fbrement pr\u00e9sent pendant des dizaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es encore, mais son remplacement sur le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en est activement \u00e9tudi\u00e9, voire en cours. Deux approches diff\u00e9rentes sont n\u00e9cessaires. La premi\u00e8re porte sur la transformation d\u2019engins diesel en engins \u00e9lectriques. La seconde porte sur la conception de nouveaux engins \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\"><strong>Tansformer des engins thermiques en engins \u00e9lectriques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\">Deux approches de la transformation de thermique en \u00e9lectriques \u00e9taient expos\u00e9es \u00e0 Intermat. Pour commencer, le Cetim (cetim.fr) a expos\u00e9 son d\u00e9monstrateur de transformation d\u2019une mini-pelle sur chenilles classique en mini-pelle 100% \u00e9lectrique. Le Cetim d\u00e9veloppe en effet des m\u00e9thodes rationnelles pour transformer des engins thermiques en engins \u00e9lectriques dans le cadre de ses Projets Strat\u00e9giques Sectoriels (PSS), d\u2019accompagnement du monde de la m\u00e9canique. Le Cetim a en particulier d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode \u00e0 travers le PSS Electrification des Engins Mobiles. Le point clef, selon le Cetim, consiste \u00e0 optimiser le couple moteur \u00e9lectrique\/variateur de fr\u00e9quence. Au cours de ses travaux, le Cetim s\u2019est aussi rendu compte que la r\u00e9duction du bruit entra\u00een\u00e9e par la disparition du moteur thermique \u2013 un peu comme la mar\u00e9e fait \u00e9merger des rochers masqu\u00e9s quand elle descend \u2013 fait appara\u00eetre d\u2019autres bruits\u00a0: transmissions hydraulliques, \u2026 qu\u2019il faut traiter. L\u2019architecture technique retenue par le Cetim se compose d\u2019un motor\u00e9ducteur \u00e9lectrique pour la rotation de la tourelle, d\u2019un groupe motopompe pour l\u2019ensemble des v\u00e9rins hydrauliques de la mini-pelle et d\u2019un motor\u00e9ducteur dans chacune des deux chenilles. Il a fallu que le Cetim d\u00e9veloppe un collecteur \u00e9lectrohydraulique tournant sp\u00e9cifique, pour faire transiter des courants \u00e9lectriques tr\u00e8s importants depuis la tourelle qui tourne, vers les chenilles. Le Cetim a travaill\u00e9 avec une contrainte forte, mais qui est la r\u00e8gle dans le cas d\u2019une transformation diesel vers l\u2019\u00e9lectrique&nbsp;: le ch\u00e2ssis n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9. Il \u00e9tait con\u00e7u pour accueillir un moteur diesel et non des batteries \u00e9lectriques. Il a fallu optimiser l\u2019emplacement des batteries et des moteurs \u00e9lectriques, ainsi que la r\u00e9partition des masses, sans augmenter le tonnage de l\u2019engin. Doc. Cetim<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\"><strong>Standardiser l\u2019\u00e9lectrification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-lead\">L\u2019entreprise am\u00e9ricaine ZQuip, membre du groupe Moog Construction, exposait une autre id\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9lectrification \u00e0 Intermat. ZQuip propose une approche modulaire pour convertir des engins diesel existants en engins \u00e0 traction \u00e9lectrique. Ci-dessous, la pelle \u00e9lectrique de 13 tonnes Komatsu PC138E-11, \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;une batterie lithium-ion,  sera commercialis\u00e9e en Europe d\u2019ici la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2024. Le premier exemplaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis \u00e0 Andr\u00e9 LAFONT TP, une entreprise du sud-ouest. Liebherr pousse \u00e9galement les moteurs \u00e0 HVO, comme alternative au diesel. Les HVO sont obtenus \u00e0 partir d\u2019huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales hydrotrait\u00e9es \u2013 trait\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u2013 et de graisses animales usag\u00e9es. Ils d\u00e9gagent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90 % d\u2019\u00e9missions de CO2 en moins par rapport au gazole classique.\u00a0Ils peuvent alimenter les moteurs diesel classiques, seuls ou comme partie d\u2019un m\u00e9lange.
